Adventure Journal Limited License Agreement

You as the purchaser alone, are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and edit the Adventure Journal video clips (images) on this disc subject to the following conditions. By using any product on this disc, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

Use License - productions using Adventure Journal images must be for personal use or for the use of your school, company, training videos, promos or client who must be the End-User of your work. You may not lend, lease, sell, or sub-license these images or make copies of the disc for use on multiple computers.

Retail Uses - finished products using Adventure Journal images may be sold or distributed PROVIDING the images do not comprise more than 50% of the product nor represent the primary value. Please include a credit line on the finished product: ‘footage courtesy of The Adventure Journal’

Restricted uses - No Adventure Journal images may be used in conjunction with defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, libelous, pornographic, immoral or illegal material.

Copyright - Intense Films holds the copyrights to all Adventure Journal images. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you and Intense Films retains all rights not expressly granted by this license agreement.

Liability - Intense Films and/or its licensers (licensers) will not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of the use or inability to use the Adventure Journal images. Licensers entire liability and your exclusive remedy will be limited to the amount paid for the particular image collection DVD.
