- Can I preview the videos before buying?
We offer video previews on thousands of films we carry. However, if you have any questions concerning a specific video please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department. One of our representatives would be happy to preview it for you. - We do however offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, should you not like a film, you may return for a full refund excluding shipping. Some titles do offer free clips that may be viewed over the internet.

- Why do I have to give out my Card Verification Value?
It is an additional safeguard that helps us validate your purchase and protect against fraud.
(The Card Verification Value (CVV) is a 3-digit number found on the signature panel on the back of your credit card. For American Express Credit Cards the CVV is a 4-digit number located on the front right hand side of your card.)

- How do I remove items from my shopping cart?

- What are your payment methods?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Credit Cards. We Also accept PayPal, Check or Money Orders and Purchase Orders (for those who qualify). All payments must be in US funds and Check or Money Orders must clear before we ship out your package.
You can also use your PAYPAL account to pay by Check or credit card. Just select PAYPAL as your payment method and you will be taken to the PAYPAL secure website to complete your order. Upon returning to the TravelVideoStore.com screen from PAYPAL, you will receive your confirmed order number.

If you cannot find the video that you are looking for, please contact customer service via email or telephone with your request and we will see if we can find it for you. Other things you can try are to use different search words.

You will need the Apple Quicktime download to run our clips. If you do not have it on your system, you can download it for free at: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html After downloading, you will be able to see our clips.

- Why does my coupon code not work?
Coupon codes have many variables, first check to make sure that you have entered the coupon code exactly as it appears, please note the use of upper and lower case when entering.
Additionally, some coupon codes only allow for use one time per customer, if you have used the code before, you would not be able to use it again.
