Can I preview the videos before buying?
We offer video previews on thousands of films we carry. However, if you have any questions concerning a specific video please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department. One of our representatives would be happy to preview it for you. - We do however offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, should you not like a film, you may return for a full refund excluding shipping. Some titles do offer free clips that may be viewed over the internet.

Why do I have to give out my Card Verification Value?
It is an additional safeguard that helps us validate your purchase and protect against fraud. (The Card Verification Value (CVV) is a 3-digit number found on the signature panel on the back of your credit card. For American Express Credit Cards the CVV is a 4-digit number located on the front right hand side of your card.)
