Winter Wonderland, is the trip of a lifetime on board Amtrak's Cardinal which travels from Chicago to Washington D.C. Heavy snowfall and glorious sunshine are a rare combination, making the daylight portions of the journey through Kentucky and West Virginia quite spectacular.
