Blooming lovely is the view of Canberra when Lyndey steps off the train in the nationís capital. The glorious scent of flowers is in the air at the annual Floriade festival. Lyndey takes in the sights and cooks a delectable Lavender Brulee with a charming French chef. Then she stops in at Helm winery for a spot of tasting and fly-fishing before cooking a rainbow trout to perfectly match the award-winning Riesling. The crack of the whip and the red dust are another aspect of Australia at a sheep station where Lyndey learns how itís really done. Itís hungry work and as the sun sets Lyndey prepare a huge family feast under towering gum trees.
