Traveling north into Scotland, we'll show you a handful of the more than 70 castles that dot the beautiful countryside. You'll see one of the oldest and youngest of these special houses and spend a good deal of time around Stirling. It is not only home to one of Scotland's most famous castles but is a town important to the history of this region and this country. The tour begins at Traquair, the oldest continuously inhabited house in Scotland. In central Scotland, we visit Stirling Castle and Doune Castle, highlighted in the 1974 movie Monty Python and the Holy Grail. In western Scotland, we stop at Cliff-top Culzean Castle.
