Calypso's divers explore the Great Barrier Reef. The largest living structure on Earth, it supports over 1500 species of fish including, white tip shark and giant groupers. Yet this complex marine community depends on the tiny coral polp which is relentlessly preyed upon by a host of predators. Incredibly, the expedition records the miraculous instant when the reef insures its own survival by giving birth to a universe of new coral.
