The Etosha National Park in Namibia encompasses and area that was once a lake some hundred thousand years ago. Over time, the salt dried up leaving a salt encrusted desert, which periodically fills with water during the wet season. It is then that Etosha flushes with green and a super abundance of life. This episode of “On Track” paints a startling portrait of Etosha, capturing its spirit of vitality.
